New Emergency Hours

Due to staff shortages, the Library will close at 5:00pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the month of July. We are open until 8:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays.

Binghamton Adult Education

Binghamton Adult Education logo

Offers free TASC preparation classes and free ENL classes to adults. They also provide a job training initiative for youth ages 19-21who did not complete high school or who lack the necessary English skills to gain employment. TASC and ENL classes are offered during the day and at night.
