Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo - PULP Event

Assemblywoman Lupardo and Senator Webb will be hosting PULP (Public Utility Law Project) to assist individuals with their utility bills. There will be representatives from NYSEG, Cornell Coop, Office for Aging, DSS, and Public Service to provide services such as HEAP sign up, understanding utility bills, addressing complaints and billing errors, etc. Set up will be from 3-4 with the community arriving between 4 - 6. Remaining time is for clean up and any additional people who need assistance.
