Frances Hibbard will present "The History of the Town of Binghamton." Frances Hibbard is the secretary of the Town of Binghamton Historical Society. Ruth McMullen will present "History of the Town of Fenton." Ruth McMullen is the Fenton Town Historian. This event will take place in the Decker Room and also available as a virtual event.
