Binghamton NYAPRS 2023 Winter Forum

Purpose of Meeting

This Forum is to start off the 26th Annual NYAPRS Legislative Day. Community members with a history of Mental Health Issues will be attending to talk with NYAPRS about Regional Mental Health System concerns and what they would like to change. Community members will also be able to sign-up to attend the rally in Albany on February 28th. Those who do not wish to attend the rally will be advocated for by NYAPRS.
