Do you need help with your laptop, smartphone, or tablet? The library offers 20-minute technology support sessions on Thursdays from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. You must make an appointment in advance by calling (607) 778-6451 or emailing bcplreference@gmail.com.

Appointments can be made up to one week in advance. You will need to have a specific question(s) about your device. Please bring your device and charger to the session.
