New York State’s ConnectALL Office has launched a statewide Digital Equity Survey to better understand the needs of New York residents when it comes to computers and internet access. If you have struggled to access or use high-speed internet access, they want to hear from you!
This important survey will help the ConnectALL Office to develop a comprehensive Digital Equity Plan for the state and ensure that all New York residents can fully experience the opportunities that come from having the access and skills to use computers and the internet in their everyday life.
You can take the survey online here or you can come in and fill out a paper survey. Paper surveys are available near the reference desk. Finished paper surveys can be dropped off at the reference desk.
